I went for latch trunk issue, but i still have the same issue, it was not well repaired, i have to slam the trunk door to close it, i thoutght it would be repaired but it wouldnt, i am disapointed. I had a 7:30 appointment. At 9:30 I messaged to get an update and was informed it was done. 2 hrs is an excessive amount of time for a oil change and a tire rotation. There was a misunderstanding--apparently the service tech thought I wanted an oil change for some reason--don't know why, so when they presented the bill and indicated they had changed the oil, I did not pay thought I wanted an oil change for some reason--don't know why, so when they presented the bill and indicated they had changed the oil, I did not pay because I had not asked for--they accepted my objection and did not require payment for that service. I had brought the vehicle in for recall repairs only. They did replace a leaking tire at my request. I was there for four long hours waiting for this service--guess the unasked for oil change was part of this tie but still seemed a long wait for what I was told would be about two hours work when I set up the recall appointment.
