I will say thier Sales team was very nice when I came in after hours to drop my Hyundai that went into shut down mode with a flashing engine light. I called when my wife's car was in route, explained everything, but was told it would be January 2024 before they could look at it, mind you it's August 2023. I called the service manager and told them this was unacceptable, was informed they would try to get it in a week. I called 4 days later only to find out they had no record of the vehicle being there. At this point we contacted Hyundai Motors, who has been a huge help. They took over most of the burden, had the dealership find our car, but they could not find the key. Montgomery Hyundai offered to cut a new key, but at my expense. I advised they have cameras in place for a reason, they can see I put the key in the envelope and placed it in the service drop slot in their door. A day later they suddenly find the key and give no explanation. I talk to Paige in service and they advise it may be the end of September to early October before they can look at it. I advise I will have the vehicle towed to Serra Hyundai in Birmingham as they can look at it in a day or so. Note the engine is part of the recall so we cannot get a loaner vehicle until they confirm to Hyundai it is the engine. When the tow truck arrives the vehicle is in a tight spot and they cannot winch the vehicle onto the trailer. Turns out Montgomery Hyundai decided to start the car and move it to a new spot, even though it had gone into shutdown mode earlier, which now causes the engine to seize. I have called the GM several times with no return call. I kindly requested since I already had to pay for a missed tow, that they pay to tow it to Serra Hyundai and I will let all the issues go, again no response. Due your investigation before buying or trusting this dealership with service, there is a reason they are not rated with the BBB. Their 4.3 rating is from reviews from 2017, they have since gone down hill. As of today my car still sits on their lot, regardless of calling the GM and requesting service to tow it to Serra Hyundai, this could have gone much easier. More

When first scheduling our service appt; I was given a date of almost two months later. After explaining it was currently due my appt was scheduled 3 weeks later. My car had to stay from 8 am until 5:00 pm before it was ready. When I scheduled I ask to please check all filters as they had not been changed during any service visit. When I was told my car was ready I specifically ask if any filters had to be changed and was told "no, all were good". So before leaving I ask a tech could we check the engine and cabin filter. The engine filter was questionable but the cabin filter was asbsolutely horrible and was definetly NOT checked during the service inspection even though I was told it was. What else was not checked? Who knows because the tech will not tell you the truth even when directly ask. I was very disappointed to say the least. More

Terrible customer, service, and problems not fixed on several trips out there. I took my Hyundai Palisade 2022 to dealership with a problem of forward collision avoidance due to radar block 5times in total. However, even after the new parts were installed, I still have the very same problem. All staff are kind, friendly in service but in the point of view of technician's skillfulness, dose not seem to be good enough. More
