Dale Kemsel is a jewel of a sales associate, who is honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable of Hyundai vehicles. The buying experience here was wonderful, although it took a while, but I did have a little impatient child with me, Dale did everything to expedite the process for us. He was thorough and friendly and followed up with a thank you note, and a call! Even got cookies from the dealership! I have purchased from other luxury dealerships and was impressed with the Hyundai product as they have really stepped up their game and perception. The only suggestion is to put a rear entertainment system in this SUV!! More

A great experience All employees were very kind, friendly, patient, informative through out many hours of my test driving several of the vehicles and the process of my p All employees were very kind, friendly, patient, informative through out many hours of my test driving several of the vehicles and the process of my purchasing the vehicle, especially a young sales associate named Chris. I am unable to remember his last name. I went into the dealership asking for Noel Goss. Noel greeted me and then turned us towards Chris. Chris took us under his direction. Patiently taking care of each of my request. Noel checked in on us on occasion. A week after purchasing the vehicle, I had questions concerning how the employee/family discount was presented on the financial agreement. I called Noel Goss on Friday concerning my concern the feature of the remote package with Blue Link. At this time, mentioned my concern of not understanding how the employee/family discount was presented on the financial agreement. Noel told me to come in the next day and he would help me with both areas. I did go back in and Noel had one of the financial associates to answer all of my questions. (Still would have like the total employee/family discount to be shown up front on the financial agreement instead of divided in such a way that lay persons o not understand when viewing the agreement) Noel was not able to get into the link that would assist me in getting the remote package activated on this day. More
