I'm not easy to impress but I am impressed with Capitol Hyundai and with Herman Hodrick our Sales Associate. Even the Sales Manager came out in the rain to offer his appreciation for our business and to be sure we had had a good purchasing experience. This was not necessary but I appreciated it all the same. My wife and I were so impressed that we came back the next week and purchased another Tucson from Herman. Great experience. More

Great purchase experience at competitive price About 2 weeks ago we purchased a new 2016 Elantra GT to replace an older vehicle. The salesman, Mr. Jeff Robinson, helped us find the car within our About 2 weeks ago we purchased a new 2016 Elantra GT to replace an older vehicle. The salesman, Mr. Jeff Robinson, helped us find the car within our budget with a fair trade value. The purchase price was explained in detail and the paperwork was very straightforward. The vehicle was cleaned and washed during the final transaction and Mr. Robinson called us back after leaving the dealership in order to provide a full tank of gas. Recently we had to return to the dealership to report a missing small plastic hub cover of the rear windshield wiper which was replaced and installed on the spot. So far no major problem and we are very happy with this purchase. More
