We came back because we loved our Sonata Hybrid and purchased the Santa Fe Limited Ultimate. Dale Kemsel is a jewel of a sales associate, who is honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable of Hyundai vehicles. The buying experience here was wonderful, although it took a while, but I did have a little impatient child with me, Dale did everything to expedite the process for us. He was thorough and friendly and followed up with a thank you note, and a call! Even got cookies from the dealership! I have purchased from other luxury dealerships and was impressed with the Hyundai product as they have really stepped up their game and perception. The only suggestion is to put a rear entertainment system in this SUV!! More
