It was almost the best car buying experience in Montgomery Alabama. The only thing I am not entirely happy about is that evidently, paying off my Trade-in Leased vehicle is a problem and difficult to do. I was promised The only thing I am not entirely happy about is that evidently, paying off my Trade-in Leased vehicle is a problem and difficult to do. I was promised that the vehicle would be paid off quickly and that I wouldn't have to worry about extra car payments, but it has now been a month after I traded my old vehicle in and it still has not been paid off. I have already had to make my first lease payment on my new vehicle at the same time I have to make a payment on the vehicle I traded in over a month ago. Had I known that this was going to be an issue, I would have waited until my current lease ended, turned in the vehicle myself and then gone shopping for a new vehicle. I understand and was told that the issue is with the prior vehicle lease company and having to deal with the local dealer instead of with the financing company directly, but I would expect that this would be something someone could be assigned to work on and complete in the most timely manner possible. I shouldn't have to keep calling the Sales Manager and my dealer to ask for a status update on getting my trade paid off. But other than that, everything else on the Hyundai end was great. What could have been a solid and frankly refreshing purchasing experience has me now wondering if I have dealt with a company that cares about their customer. More
