Great people, which is what sold us the vehicle! We wound up at Capitol Hyundai thinking it was a different dealership (two are located side by side). After exiting our vehicle it didn't take us lon We wound up at Capitol Hyundai thinking it was a different dealership (two are located side by side). After exiting our vehicle it didn't take us long to realize that we had arrived at a different venue than we had planned, however we believe God had this planned all along! We looked over the lot without interaction from anyone, which is just what we wanted, no salesman breathing down our throats. When we found a vehicle we wanted to look at, we went into the sales room, which was super, with water, coffee and cookies, all free. We were met by Mr. Michael Grissom, who was absolutely super! He showed us the vehicles we choose to look and we drove them. He pointed out their features and did an awesome job of answering our questions. We did not purchase that day---we just weren't ready. I called Michael back in a couple of days to say we wanted to make an appointment to come in drive one more vehicle, since the one we really wanted was already sold. Due to my work schedule we had to change dates a few times, but that was no problem. Needless to say we made our decision that day, and have been enjoying our 2017 Santa Fe Sport ever since. We don't have enough words to say how kind and pleasant the staff was at the dealership. Mr. Wright, Mr. Grissom, just everybody was super. We have shared our experience with many of our friends who are in the market for a different vehicle and they said they would be giving them a try as well. While the car seemed to be what we needed but what made the decision easier was the discounts that Hyundai was offering. All in all, the right car found by the right salesman and the right price made it easy to make the right decision. More
