Sales Associate Michael Grissom at Capitol Hyundai absolutely rocked the sale when he sold me my new Kona. I couldn’t be more pleased with the exceptional customer service Michael provided. Not only was he very thorough when showing and explaining the many features on my new car, he went over and above to assist me in setting up the Bluetooth sync between my car and phone. My old car was a 2007 Hyundai Accent with 270,000 miles (proof of the durability of the Hyundai brand) and had no computerized “smart” features. Michael took the time to answer my many questions and explained everything in detail. Furthermore, the Finance Manager, Derrick Pettiway, was just as friendly and helpful. My overall buying experience at Capitol Hyundai was pleasant and easy. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car!!! More
