Expect to wait 4 to 5 hours for a simple yet overpriced oil change. Don't expect your bumper to bumper extended warranty to cover ANYTHING that breaks. Cost more than was quoted at the time of service. They charge more for maintenance with appointment than with routine service same day. No answer to why a certain service request was not done.
