I would leave no stars if I could, had an appointment at 7:15 am, and was told that my car would be ready in two hours. I sat and patiently waited until after 10 am after watching other customers walk in an 7:15 am, and was told that my car would be ready in two hours. I sat and patiently waited until after 10 am after watching other customers walk in and out of the establishment I thought I would see what was going on. I was lied to and told my car was being worked on and then told that someone was moving the vehicle, turns out my car was never touched. When I came to speak with my specialist, another employee decided to harass me and say that I should be patient and make other accommodations even after I asked said employee to leave me alone and explained that this had nothing to do with him. Upon leaving this establishment I got in touch with the manager who proceeded to tell me that they are understaffed (as if the entire world isn't understaffed and that simple communication that my car would not be able to be worked on at this time would not have sufficed) and that this is a problem that will be handled internally. As a customer of Hyundai, I am extremely dissatisfied with the services that have been provided to me and the general lack of understanding for a customer's time. I've had problems here before and have reported them before, for employees to call me and ask to take the report down. More

This was our second purchase of a hyundai sonata limited from Capitol Hynudai, and Michael Jackson both cars were purchased the day they came in so we had to wait for them to be serviced so we had to return from Capitol Hynudai, and Michael Jackson both cars were purchased the day they came in so we had to wait for them to be serviced so we had to return the next day to pick up the car and complete the paperwork. all in all it was a pleasant experience. I recently dropped my car off for an engine diagnostic because my engine light came on. I have a 2012 Hyundai Sonata (you know the one with the engine, transmission, airbag, seatbelt and electrical recall because my engine light came on. I have a 2012 Hyundai Sonata (you know the one with the engine, transmission, airbag, seatbelt and electrical recall!!) I dropped my car off on Monday May 23rd. I was told by the service gentleman that it would be looked at on Tuesday because I did not have an appointment. I told him that was fine and I left my car with them. Tuesday passed and no one called. On Wednesday I called and was told that they were backed up and that it would be Thursday when my vehicle would be checked out. No call Thursday. On Friday May 27th I called and my car still have not been touched. Once again I understand I didn’t have an appointment but I was told it would be looked at on Tuesday the 24th. At this time I asked to speak with a manager. She came to the phone and informed me that I didn’t have an appointment and that the next available would be Tuesday JUNE 21st!!!!. I explained to her I was a nursing student and I work and that I needed a car. She explained that Hyundai paid out over 3 million on rental cars due to their engine recalls. She then told me that I can let them keep it until Tuesday after lunch time and it would most likely be looked at then. I agreed. On Tuesday I called around 2pm no answer. I went up there and I talked to the same gentleman that I dropped my car off with and he stated that I could just take my car because it wouldn’t be looked at until June 21st. It’s hard to get other companies to even look at these cars because of the recalls. My airbag light has been on for 3 years I took it up there twice and called multiple times. Each time they said they don’t have the part to fix it. The service staff was very nice each time I talk to them and they even expressed that they were frustrated with the service that is provided to their customers. I’m sure my car sat there because the company knows the engine needs to be replaced. They had to recall over 500,000 of them and counting. But don’t take my word for it. Just look it up! Something has to be done, because if no one wants to fix my car, what do I do. More
