No problem--got a free oil change even though I really didn't need it. I was just glad to get the recalls taken care of and the tire replaced. Everyone can make a mistake/have a bad day.

Uhm throw in a spare tire and floor mats when I bring it back for the recall repair. Oh yeah got a check engine light now also, 3 days after I purchased it!

Sounds like standard management reply and to be honest the past ownership reply. Guess things never change, customers are just doted on when they are there to spend money, once you’re out the door you are just f’d and on your own!
