Unfortunately, my optimism was misplaced. The sales team was great, however when problems arose with the vehicle, management and finance have gone radio silent. It is one month later and I have been unable to find the status of my refund of $1000 down payment and $4506 loan in my name (that is accruing interest daily) after being assured by Andrew Harper (he googles out to be the chief financial officer) that he would have my deposit refunded and the loan cleared by 3/15/25. Multiple attempts to contact via email and telephone have not been responded to. I hope someone at this business who reads this will reach out and expedite a solution. At this time I would not recommend buying used here, even though they give a 5 day 300 mile warranty. I discovered serious problems with two vehicles and returned them, even though they assured me before I left the lot with the cars, that if I returned the vehicles, the return would not be problematic. Andrews exact words: "We like to treat people right". They have not exercised the same vigor in refunding my monies as they did in cashing the checks.
