I bought a wraparound warranty from this dealer when I purchased this car. I called the warranty people before I took my car in for repair. When the repair was done the shop Rep told me I needed to pay $2 purchased this car. I called the warranty people before I took my car in for repair. When the repair was done the shop Rep told me I needed to pay $210 because the warranty did not pay the full cost. I called my warranty people back and the rep stated I only should have paid the $50 deductible. I told the shop rep this at the time but the rep still ask me for the $210. I called the dealer shop to discuss this but shop rep didn’t come to the telephone and didn’t call me back. I will continue this process to get my $210 back. More

I had my car there since July 25th for a diagnostic test, here it is October 2 and I still don’t have my car back. The service advisor doesn’t contact you to let you know what’s going on. I have to keep calling just to get an update or go up there! The person that answers the phone gets an attitude when you call. I had to call the manager just to get a call back for an update on my car. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you only have one vehicle. 1/10 It shouldn’t take this long for a diagnostic test. At least call the customer and give an updated especially if the vehicle hasn’t been touched when you told the customer. More
