I will never buy anything from a Mullinax dealership ever again! I bought a certified pre owned vehicle from Hyundai Montgomery. Upon leaving the dealership, I turned onto the bypass only to have the engine again! I bought a certified pre owned vehicle from Hyundai Montgomery. Upon leaving the dealership, I turned onto the bypass only to have the engine begin misfiring and transmission shifting erratically within the first 100yds. I immediately returned the car. In order to get out of the deal I had to pay a 5% restocking fee. After 2 weeks and no contact from the dealer I still had a loan in my name and no deposit money and the car had been sold to someone else. I went in person try to get my deposit money back and after a back and forth with management I was able to get a check for my deposit. It is just shy of 1 month and the loan in my name has finally been paid off. This dealer tied up my money and my credit for weeks and did nothing to communicate with me unless I showed up in person! BUYERS BEWARE!!! More
