Going to a Car Dealership to shop for a new car ranks up there with a trip to the proctologist. Well, not anymore! I have owned over 40 cars and I can honestly say that my wife and I had the best new car there with a trip to the proctologist. Well, not anymore! I have owned over 40 cars and I can honestly say that my wife and I had the best new car purchase experience ever. We dealt with Daniel and Art on the internet initially and then made an appointment for hands on review of the Tucson and Santa Fe. I was prepared for the hard sell tactics of most car sales people and that never happened. Daniel and Art were so low key, they explained the differences on the vehicles and Daniel worked up the price on our new Santa Fe, yes we were so pleased with the price and their approach that we bought our car on the initial visit. Daniel was so efficient in both handling our trade and the new sale that my wife said, "hey wait a minute this is going too fast, slow down". I put off purchasing a car for a LONG TIME because of hard sell tactics I have experienced from other dealers. Recently I found Inland Empire Hyundai listed on dealerrater.com and contacted Art and his hard sell tactics I have experienced from other dealers. Recently I found Inland Empire Hyundai listed on dealerrater.com and contacted Art and his associate Daniel. They responded almost immediately. I did most of the preliminary negotiation over the internet. The following day I went in for a test drive and Art and Daniel were very personable and genuinely interested in my needs. They did not have the car I wanted but were able to make a trade with another dealer to get the 2012 Hyundai Accent by the end of the day. The price was lower than the Truecar.com target price. Do not fear going to Inland Empire Hyundai for your car purchase! Art and Daniel were VERY easy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend Inland Empire Hyundai and will refer them to all my friends! More
Kris was our salesman. Art Lee partnered with him going the extra mile in providing great customer service. He treated us like "family" and not just another customer walking through his door (bought my 4.5 the extra mile in providing great customer service. Feel ripped off when sold aftermarket XZHON body and interior protection, when demonstrated how it repels spills on sample carpet didn't happen when I got the car home. This lowered my great rating to a good rating, as I feel it's just another aftermarket big money maker scam job. Also have used the service department, BIG disappointment, problems with blutooth still not fixed, and advisor Kiel Coles was worthless, no effort made to correct or rectify problem, so service receives a failing grade. Note: Lawrence (sales consultant) knew my car inside and out like a sales person should, never having to consult a manual or notes to answer questions about this car. He deserves any and all high marks given to dealership in this review. More
I bought a 2.0T sonata from internet sales art lee. He had the car in stock which no one else had and I shopped the prices and they couldn't be beat. Exceptional service! No bait and switch, no agressive sales tactics. They will offer you 1 low price and that is it. They will not attempt to sell you anything else.
