We have been looking at Hyundai's for several months on and off. When it came time to turn in my leased Infiniti M35 (which I loved) I realized that I could have many of the same features in the Genesis a and off. We decided this was the way for us to go. Inland Empire Hyundai was wonderful to work with, especially Matt Wendt. He was a no pressure guy which made it very comfortable for us to come back again and again just to look. He never made us feel like we needed to buy or sign on the dotted line. Everything was left up to us in our time, not his. He is the antithesis of the stereotypical car salesman. Everyone who goes to Inland Empire Hyundai should request to see Matt! More
There are several reasons why I had a positive experience purchasing my vehicle from IE Hyundai. First, our sales associate, Cleveland McNary, was knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of its many features purchasing my vehicle from IE Hyundai. First, our sales associate, Cleveland McNary, was knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of its many features, he answered all of our questions with great detail, he did not try to pressure us to buy a car we did not really want, and he was by far the friendliest car salesman I have ever worked with. The dealership seemed organized out on the lot and inside of the building. The vehicle I was interested in purchasing was easy to see and locate in the lot. I appreciated that I was able to look at the cars several times before I was ever even asked about my purchasing intentions. It gave me time to really pick the car that was best for me without feeling rushed or pressured. The entire staff was friendly to us and each other. I also did not feel the stress associated with negotiating the price of the vehicle because the price was fair and the sales staff worked close to our budget. There was never a point where I felt like I was being ripped off, deceived, or overcharged, which I have felt while attempting to buy other vehicles. Buying my vehicle from IE Hyundai was the best car purchasing experience I have had in my life. When I got to the dealership, Art Lee took care of the paperwork to insure thier online commitment was met with no pressure to alter the deal or purchase additional products/service. It was so easy! We completed a deal at ieHyundai; but not without some negotiating. Fred complained that he could not deal because of such a low margin on a new car and high overhead; like I really care about his overhea negotiating. One thing NOT mentioned at the beginning of negotiations is the $500 manufacturer's rebate available on some new cars. During the negotiation on the final price he then adds $500 to the price you asked for then deducts the manufacturers rebate; that a very slick way for the dealer to end up with $500 more for their “overhead”! So when negotiating, keep this in mind. There is a lot of pressure to add additional fees into the payment which can add up to $7650 on a $21000 car. These fees aren't carefully discussed until the finance officer is doing the loan documents. More

My wife had a gas guzzling 2008 Nissan Armada and after reviewing our monthly expenses I discovered that we spent well over $630.00 for gas. Considering that my personal vehicle is seldomly used, the Armada had to go! We contacted several Hyundai dealers via the internet and a couple of them provided less than truthful statements. We then contacted Art Lee and I must say it was refreshing for a car salesperson to provide a quote that did not change for some "unforseen circumstances". There was no pressure, Art was very personable and bent over backwards to to fulfill our requests. He offered the lowest price and believe me I shopped the figure he provided through several dealerships. My wife wanted a Black Hyundai Tucson, which had to be obtained from another dealership. Upon our arrival it was waiting out front, cleaned, gassed and ready to go. He thoroughly explained the vehicle's components and parred our cell phones to the blue tooth. I would not hesitate to contact Art in the future for our next vehicle purchase. More
