I walked into this place and avoided the "car salesmen" like the plague. The car I saw on the internet was exactly the car I bought. I went to the dealership knowing that my loan was pre-approved by my credit union. I thought I had a good interest rate. Art was able to find me an even better rate than my credit union offered. So, not only was the car less than I expected to pay, but the interest rate was lower, and car payments less than I had planned. How often can you say that? Best Car Purchasing Experience EVER! Art pulls no punches, he is straight with his customers. My husband and I had been looking at Hyundai Velosters for six months. During that time a couple dealerships had been visited, and many internet dealers contacted in attempt to secure the purchase of a particular vehicle color, and package features, at an attractive customer price. Many times my husband was led to believe that sales agents were searching for the vehicle of our preference, but experienced prolonged periods during which everyone fell shy of delivering the product. Other times, when the car of choice and color were located, dealers were unwilling to negotiate the price, often initially misleading in suggesting attractive dealing prices, only to switch up the cost when final numbers were being crunched. That quickly terminated my husband's interest in the vehicle, leaving no desire to dealing with the sales agent and dealership. Within a week of initially contacted Art, our car of color preference and package features had been located, picked up by Art, personally, in a dealer trade, and was ready in fine condition to be taken home after completing the painless and friendly sales transaction. Unlike most dealers who are glad to be finished with customers after the long and protracted sale procedure is finalized, Art encourages re-visits and phone calls if there are any questions, or assistance needed, utilizing the many car features and technology. We have been looking at Hyundai's for several months on and off. When it came time to turn in my leased Infiniti M35 (which I loved) I realized that I could have many of the same features in the Genesis a and off. When it came time to turn in my leased Infiniti M35 (which I loved) I realized that I could have many of the same features in the Genesis at quite a bit cheaper and with a better warranty. We decided this was the way for us to go. Inland Empire Hyundai was wonderful to work with, especially Matt Wendt. He was a no pressure guy which made it very comfortable for us to come back again and again just to look. He never made us feel like we needed to buy or sign on the dotted line. Everything was left up to us in our time, not his. He is the antithesis of the stereotypical car salesman. Everyone who goes to Inland Empire Hyundai should request to see Matt! More
There are several reasons why I had a positive experience purchasing my vehicle from IE Hyundai. First, our sales associate, Cleveland McNary, was knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of its many features purchasing my vehicle from IE Hyundai. First, our sales associate, Cleveland McNary, was knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of its many features, he answered all of our questions with great detail, he did not try to pressure us to buy a car we did not really want, and he was by far the friendliest car salesman I have ever worked with. The dealership seemed organized out on the lot and inside of the building. The vehicle I was interested in purchasing was easy to see and locate in the lot. I appreciated that I was able to look at the cars several times before I was ever even asked about my purchasing intentions. It gave me time to really pick the car that was best for me without feeling rushed or pressured. The entire staff was friendly to us and each other. I also did not feel the stress associated with negotiating the price of the vehicle because the price was fair and the sales staff worked close to our budget. There was never a point where I felt like I was being ripped off, deceived, or overcharged, which I have felt while attempting to buy other vehicles. Buying my vehicle from IE Hyundai was the best car purchasing experience I have had in my life.
