Bought a Nissan coupe from Art in May 2011. Fourteen months later, I'm in need of a SUV. I called the Nissan dealership planning to buy another vehicle thru Art. When I asked for Art, I was told he no months later, I'm in need of a SUV. I called the Nissan dealership planning to buy another vehicle thru Art. When I asked for Art, I was told he no longer worked there. I asked if they knew where Art had gone. I was told "No", (later proved to be a bald-faced lie!). I started searching the internet to determine what make of SUV to buy and where to buy it. I started looking at Hyundai's SUVs. I knew there was a Hyundai dealer near my home in Loma Linda. I saw some customer reviews when I noticed the name "Art". Me thinks to myself, "Self, I detect Art's footprint all over these reviews!" I went to I.E. Hyundai and sure enough I find Art. He told me left Nissan because Hyundai was treating him better and he loved their product line. I told him I now needed a SUV, wanted to trade-in the Nissan he sold me, and needed to do so with no out-of-pocket costs. Art showed me a top of the line 2012 Santa Fe. It was the only one left on their lot and of the few left in the entire state. The car was loaded with every luxury accessory a family could want. Brought the wife down to the dealership to see if she liked the Santa Fe. She not only liked it, but picked out the very beauty Art had shown me. Before we left the lot, Art covered every bell and whistle in the vehicle. He even took the time to pair my I-phone 4 to the car's bluetooth. If that wasn't enough, Art told me to call him before I scheduled any service appointments to ensure both the right person and price. We bought our second vehicle in a row from the Art-meister. I got a 2012 clearance price, no out-of-pocket costs, and a loan he arranged with a great interest rate. Make loyalty had nothing to do with it and everything to do with the man! Because Art now works under the Rusnak umbrella, he can get my anything I want the next time I'm ready to buy another ride. I still believe the term "honest salesman" to be an oxymoron. However, Art is clearly the exception and not the rule! I've never in all my life dealt with any car salesman like this guy! He LOVES what he does and with the right motives. A car purchase is a major thing; you'd be crazy to do so with anyone other than my man Art! More
I purchased a car entirely online and by phone from New Hampshire for a relative in California. Art and Kris were wonderful to work with. My husband and I feel this was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had buying a car. We didn't feel pressured to buy, we didnt feel overpowered by the second saleman who always makes you feel experience we have ever had buying a car. It was pleasant and comforable even after hours going through the paperwork part of it because even the finance man was extremely nice. Art gave me outstanding service. I wanted a base Elantra with no options except floor mats. Art started by showing me the very few vehicles in all of CA that almost met my request. Without being pushy, he explained the advantage of getting a car with the at least the preferred package. I decided this was an excellent option and this allowed me to look at new cars that had arrived that day. Art also explained the benefits of the homelink option that many of the cars also had. So I picked a car with both options that also had a cargo net and floor mats. The price Art gave without any pressure was outstanding. He also requested and received approval for a lower dealer financed interest rate to match what I had already been pre approved for by my bank. Art not only showed me a copy of the dealer cost invoice, he gave me a copy when I later requested it. He showed me how to link my cell phone to the blue tooth. He even told me that I could come back with my wife and he would go over the car with her. He also told me that if I had any trouble linking my garage door opener, he would do it for me. This was my best experience ever buying a new car. More
I came in to look for a new 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited. I saw the right car online and contacted Art. He was straightforward about the car and taught me how to use my tech package in the car well. The wait was a bit long to get to finance, but with Art around it was enjoyable. I requested an Internet quote on a new 2012 Sonata Limited. I received my quote promptly from Kris Cranfill. I'm leasing a 2013 Hyundai Sonata and will most likely buy it at the end of the 3 years (if not earlier!) or will trade it in for a new Hyundai - either way I'm sticking with Hyundai Inland Empire! I've also been doing business with their service department - had a 2007 Hyundai Elantra prior to the Sonata - and have had excellent service so I will continue to bring my car there for servicing. They have made a life-long customer with me!! More
