This is the second time I have gotten a vehicle from IE Hyundai. After spending some time shopping the new car market me and my wife found IE Hyundai. Art Lee responded to our emails in a professional and timely manor. Art takes much pride in his work and shows it when wants to make sure your car is set up with the blue tooth, and all of your audio stations are set before you leave the lot. Oh, and I cannot forget how he asks to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase while snapping a photo of his next "Satisfied Customer". All in all this dealership was very friendly and had plenty of inventory to choose from. Art Lee on the other hand is a prime example of how leaders lead from the front! Contacted Art Lee via email. In less than 15 minutes I got a quote on a 2013 Sonata that was almost $2,000 better than a so-called best offer by a dealer in my home city of Las Vegas. Needless to say my wife and I drove to Loma Linda CA to get the car. A half day drive was worth the savings. When I arrived at the dealer, Art did his best to quickly complete all necessary paperwork. There were no suprises or attempts to "hard sell" me any options I did not need. The price quoted via email (and confirmed by phone) was EXACTLY what I paid. Art and the lady who completed the finance paperwork were fast, efficient, friendly and down-right friendly. These folks know how a customer should be treated and do exactly that. I'm so impressed with the deal and the service, I'll be telling a lot of people where to buy their next car.
