We completed a deal at ieHyundai; but not without some negotiating. Fred complained that he could not deal because of such a low margin on a new car and high overhead; like I really care about his overhea negotiating. One thing NOT mentioned at the beginning of negotiations is the $500 manufacturer's rebate available on some new cars. During the negotiation on the final price he then adds $500 to the price you asked for then deducts the manufacturers rebate; that a very slick way for the dealer to end up with $500 more for their “overhead”! So when negotiating, keep this in mind. There is a lot of pressure to add additional fees into the payment which can add up to $7650 on a $21000 car. These fees aren't carefully discussed until the finance officer is doing the loan documents. More

My wife had a gas guzzling 2008 Nissan Armada and after reviewing our monthly expenses I discovered that we spent well over $630.00 for gas. There was no pressure, Art was very personable and bent over backwards to to fulfill our requests. He offered the lowest price and believe me I shopped the figure he provided through several dealerships. My wife wanted a Black Hyundai Tucson, which had to be obtained from another dealership. Upon our arrival it was waiting out front, cleaned, gassed and ready to go. He thoroughly explained the vehicle's components and parred our cell phones to the blue tooth. I would not hesitate to contact Art in the future for our next vehicle purchase. More

this dealer was very prompt with the internet quote, set up a test drive an was very happy with Art he explained the entire Tucson to us as we drove. There was no pressure to buy that day.
