When we were ready to purchase the car, we were sent away to go eat dinner and come back. Art was too busy. Also, worst of all, our new car was driven from La Puente dealer in record time. The man delivered our new car to the parking lot at Loma Linda, brakes burning and smelling, he had the audacity to be funny and "slolem race" it into the driveway like it was some kind of a joke. It was very upsetting and maddening that this delivery guy would be so disrespectful with our brand new car. I'm sure he did not follow the "breaking in" rules found in my manual. He had no respect for that. More

When I arrived at the dealer, Art did his best to quickly complete all necessary paperwork. There were no suprises or attempts to "hard sell" me any options I did not need.
