I had spent several weeks looking for cars and I guess because I had a Hyundai Accent, I was most interested in an upgrade. I used the internet to do my search. At this time Art sent me a proposal and when I saw all the incentives and the bottom line price, that is when I made the drive to the dealership. Art was true to his word and gave me a deal I was very happy with. Have had the car less than a week but love the car!! My overall experience was excellent. More
Straight to the point... Sales rep was kind, friendly, and was doing his job he even came down to some monthly payments if I financed, but the Sales Manager and General Manager when it came down to negoti and was doing his job he even came down to some monthly payments if I financed, but the Sales Manager and General Manager when it came down to negotiating a price on a Used Car that has been on their lot for weeks now, I WASN'T treated and talked to in a friendly matter. I was so upset and pissed that I don't even remember the two men's name that I was negotiating with. For the first time ever coming to this dealership, its obvious I didn't have a pleasant time there at all! Especially the Sales Manager, from the get go he came off with this Very Strong Firm Tone of Voice. It really wasn't pleasant to even want to speak to him. What really ticked me off was that he said, "Even if you decide to Finance or Pay Cash... It Doesn't Matter." (his exact words) Pretty much telling me that my hard earn money that I work for and saved up for, it doesn't matter and he didn't care. Going back forth on a price and them throwing numbers at me. At this point being friendly to their customers wasn't their main concern anymore and even after fact. I decided to try to meet them half way and it didn't work. Kept trying to ask if I was paying cash or putting a down payment. Which I repeatedly told them I don't want to talk about that and I want to know if we can work something out before we talk about signing papers, etc. Even when I told them meet me half way they still didn't even throw out any other options or ask me what desire monthly payment am I looking for... Nothing! I would NOT recommend going to this dealership to anyone. To me, way you talk to a customer and treat a customer will make a decision on anything. As a customer, I did not get that from this dealership. More

Everyone was polite and professional. Joey Amaya was very well groomed, friendly and professional, he approached me on the car lot and asked me if I had seen the new Azura. I told him that I had a 2012 Sonata, was getting it serviced professional, he approached me on the car lot and asked me if I had seen the new Azura. I told him that I had a 2012 Sonata, was getting it serviced and was just looking to see what's new. Joey showed me a gorgeous silver Azura and asked me if I wanted to test drive it. I replied no, so he suggested I just sit in it and see what it had to offer. Oh how comfortable it was and the tan leather seats were just perfect, the price was very good, so I told Joey that I would think about getting it. On the way home I imagined myself driving that car so I called Joey and made an appt for the next day. The test drive sold me on the car. Joey answered every question I asked and the deal was done. Kudos to Joey for such excellent salesman service. More

My experience at IE Hyundai was exellent. They had the exact model/color/options package I was looking for sitting right in fron when I pulled up. My sales person(Matt) was helpful and informative. It was no fun and I was starting to think that maybe I really didn't need a new car. Then I went to Hyundai Inland Empire and met Art Lee. I had lots of questions and he didn't mind at all. I blew up his email and he remained professional. He didn't bug me and adjusted to my schedule. He was friendly and put me at ease. He didn't even mind the multiple test drives of the same vehicle in different colors. I had to test drive each color and he didn't mind at all. There were no glitches, no haggling and in the end I drove off in my beautiful 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT. I'm certain in a few years i wiil hand this car off to my daughter when she's a new driver. I will also make my way over to see Art again! Well done Art and much thanks. More
