destroyed my Elantra on a telephone pole,and walked away !! Had a 2012 Hyundai Elantra for 7 months, and loved it. During that seventh month, I had a horrible accident trying to avoid a car moving into my lane. Hit a telephone pole at a high rate of speed, which "killed" the Elantra & and the pole also. I was able to walk away from the crash, with no broken bones, only a large number of large bruises. The crumple zones on the car didn't touch the passenger compartment, which saved my life !!! About 3 weeks later my Wife and I went to the same Hyundai dealer, ieHyundai, in Loma Linda, and bought a NEW 2014 Hyundai Elantra, through the TRUECar program. Great Internet sales manager(Art Lee) great customer service, very short paperwork to buy the car. I would reccomend this dealer to ANYONE, and I already have !!! More

I started working with this dealership and Art Lee in March of 2013, but I did not purchase a new car at that time. The other folks I dealt with at the other dealerships were nice enough, but, my final decision was based on the out the door price I was quoted. Art Lee delivered exactly what he promised on the phone and in his e-mails to me. He had to search to find the exact model I wanted, but he found it and it was there just like he promised it would be when we arrived. He gave me all the rebates he promised, and took the time to answer every question my wife and I had. He explained every thing we needed to know about the car we purchased, and told us to feel free to call him any time if and when we needed to.I believe him. Another employee named Mark (sorry I don't remember his last name) was also very helpful with financing the remainder of the purchase price we paid for the car after rebates and the down payment we put down for the vehicle. Mark answered every question we had and was very friendly and personable while closing the deal for us. Art and Mark were excellent in every aspect of customer service, and that alone was a pleasant unexpected bonus for purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. Past experiences with other dealerships (not all, and not Hyundai) left me totally disgusted and in most cases saw me walking out while expressing my contempt for there high pressure, lies and bate and switch tactics employed by some of them. I'm 65 years old and I've had some horrible experiences in the past, but I give Inland Empire Hyundai 5 out of 5 stars for every aspect of the experience my wife and I had while dealing with them. I highly recommend any one looking for a great deal and a wonderful experience of no pressure yet friendly helpful HONEST people, visit Inland Empire Hyundai. I promise you won't be disappointed. Connected with the online salesperson. He responded to my emails quickly. When I went to the dealership, I had many questions that were answered. There was no problem arranging my own financing.
