Excellent Experience from Start to Finish From the initial phone call to driving off the lot just a great experience for myself and my family. The only disappointment was after the prep. staf From the initial phone call to driving off the lot just a great experience for myself and my family. The only disappointment was after the prep. staff had "Cleaned and Washed" the car. Inside of car was cleaned but the outside seemed rushed. During the cars inspection by Jason and I, we noticed some areas of the car that had been missed and/or overlooked during the cleaning of the car, Jason Pratt without hesitation sprung into action and addressed the deficiencies himself. In my respectful option I believe that the "Prep" Staff should be educated to the image that Hyundai and your dealership want to portray during the customers (Me)purchase delivery of their vehicle before driving off your lot. Thank you and your Sales Staff for a Great Experience!! More

Sold! I went to several different dealerships before landing at Inland Empire Hyundai. I knew exactly what I wanted - a 2015 Hyundai Accent - and the color I went to several different dealerships before landing at Inland Empire Hyundai. I knew exactly what I wanted - a 2015 Hyundai Accent - and the color and options I wanted were in stock. I already knew I'd love it, as I had one as a rental, but the process was so stress free in comparison to others. Candida was absolutely wonderful to work with, very laid back and let us take the lead in the car we wanted. The test drive was great - she allowed me to go my own route so that I could better test the vehicle and its capabilities. We were able to look at the car thoroughly and without being pushed into add-ons and options we didn't want. While in the process of financing, she entertained us with her stories and was very informative when asked about the warranty and overall process. Adrian and Jerry were also wonderful and gave various options without any pressure, which is always appreciated, and the deal we got was excellent. No hidden fees, no sudden add-ons, no pressure. We were able to make a well-informed decision with the help of all three. It was one of the best experiences my fiance and I have ever had and we would gladly recommend IE Hyundai to all we know, and we'd gladly go back to buy another car when the time comes.
