He was patient and understanding, even though we were indecisive at first. He spent plenty of time introducing us to the models and trim levels that we were interested in. Employee who cared In the past, I had a less then positive experience at this service department. My recent visit has changed my view. I spoke to him about the problem with my car, he ensured me they would try to replicate the issue, they were unsuccessful in replicating the error but knew what the issue was and went ahead and just replaced the part on my car. I felt that he took good care of me and my car, and addressed my concern and didn't just send me away and shrug it off. I really appreciate that, considering most place will just say there isn't anything wrong and send you on your way. Thanks for caring! More
