New to Hyundai and luving it! I recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson and luv it so much! I went in originally wanting a Santa Fe Sport and even test drove it, but my husband wasn't too thrilled with it being front wheel drive, so we left the dealership that night empty handed...only to return a couple days later so I could get the all wheel drive Tucson. I got Ripped Off!!! Hyundai Elantra SE Sedan 2014, I thought I was getting a great car, This is what I could afford, after my last car died at the mechanics, I just lost Hyundai Elantra SE Sedan 2014, I thought I was getting a great car, This is what I could afford, after my last car died at the mechanics, I just lost my previous job, my husband passed away. Any whom, My best friends encouraged me to go to Hyundai, bc their cars are awesome. So I called there, met with a sales person. He said the car is checked out. the oils been changed, tires are really good, Car has been looked at inside n' out and is Certified, no worries at all. So after one month later, I brought the car back to Escondido Hyundai bc the window was moving up & down on its own, I also had them check my brakes. They said I needed to change brakes immediately! Well, for a second opinion I brought the car to Carlsbad Hyundai to get it re-checked and there the advisor gave me a two page list of what needs to be replaced. a $1000. worth of things that needs to be replaced, like now!, and that does not include the tires that are bad. My brakes are really good by the way, do not need to change them at all. I trusted the people at Escondido Hyundai. You may think why in the heck did she not not get the car checked out before purchase, well I obviously was not in my right mind at the time, due to all that was going on with me..grieving widow, and etc. Not ever again I shall not go there to Escondido Hyundai! My car was not worth the price I purchased it for. More

Great Customer Service After visiting the Honda, Mazda and Audi dealerships, Mat was the best sales representative we had spoken to, which is why we decided to pick Hyundai. This was my first time looking into buying a car and he was very welcoming and definitely patient with us and understood we were being cautious and picky with what we wanted. He was able to answer all our questions and went the extra step to explain more into detail if I did not understand something. The first time we went to Hyundai to look at the cars, he was very helpful and let us test drive the car and asked for more details about what we wanted and what our price range was.The second visit we decided to buy the car. What we appreciated the most was that he came to Hyundai on his day off in order to sell us the car since it was the only day we were available. Throughout the whole process he was very helpful and had the best customer service that we had seen after talking to many other sales representaives at other dealerships. I would definitely recommend Mat and will choose him in my future purchases at Hyundai of Escondido. More
