Painless experience We have gone to other dealers before going to Hyundai of Escondido. Dealing with Nick was an awsome experience. He found the perfect SUV we wanted and We have gone to other dealers before going to Hyundai of Escondido. Dealing with Nick was an awsome experience. He found the perfect SUV we wanted and kept updated until it arrived. He got us the best deal we could ask for. Everything was told to us up front. Nothing shady at all like we experience at some other dealerships. The whole experience was painless and didn't take very long at all. We would recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a great deal and professional employees. Also Justin the Sales Manager came out and introduced himself, which was very nice. More

I really honestly think that they genuinely sought out the best deal they could set up for me, and I did get the best! From customer service to processing, everything went smoothly! They had exactly what I wanted and needed and I am so proud to say that I felt great about my purchase and my new 2017 Elantra! I also very much appreciated how I felt so welcomed by their warm friendliness as well as their professionalism. Nick and Jessica gave me such great advice on how to move forward as far as building my credit and all the financial aspect of the deal, which I greatly valued! I also thought Jose A. and Gabriel and well as Jonnathan all helped simplify things. Overall, I felt like a had a whole TEAM of members who had my back and didn't beat around the bush nor tried to upsell or add onto my rate. --Thank you for this great 1st experience! Wonderful Experience I had recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai car. Before this successful purchase at Escondido, I actually went to two other dealerships, Kearny Mesa and C I had recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai car. Before this successful purchase at Escondido, I actually went to two other dealerships, Kearny Mesa and Carlsbad. I had an AWFUL experience at both dealerships. It was super disappointing. Their performance and actions were unprofessional. I also felt rushed due to their impatience. The salesperson at Carlsbad was actually really sneaky. Anyways, I don't even want to waste my complaining about those dealerships. Finally, the salesperson that assisted me along the way of purchasing the car at Escondido was Gabriel. He was the youngest salesperson out of all these three dealerships. But I was shocked by his selling ability, and knowledge about all the Hyundai products. He showed professionalism. He mentioned all features of the car. During the test drive, he introduced to me all the functions and ability of the car. When we went back into the office after the test drive, we sat down and actually had a bargaining stage before the purchase. Commonly, the consumers often times want to purchase the car as cheap as possible, and the salesperson would want to sell the price at the highest price possible. I have noticed that he tried to make the most profit possible for Hyundai, which is understandable. Even though we were both in a different standpoint, he was extremely patient. It is no doubt that he changed and saved Hyundai's reputation in my mind. I just want to acknowledge another costumer the positive customer service that ESCONDIDO Hyundai provides. I truly would highly recommend another costumer to Gabriel. I am confident that all costumers will recieve an outstanding purchasing experience. I can imagine his bright future and accomplishments for his career. More
Wow what an experience! Honestly, from the first person I spoke to until I drove away with my new car completely handle in a sincere professional manner. A few people that I directly worked with and need to be recognized: Jose (Ibarra)in Service (who is representative not the manager) went beyond his normal scope of his job to help assist me, beyond patience and willing to get me more assistance from the office manager. Mike in sales, outstanding one on one communication answering all my questions about the car and never making me feel rush or the question is not important. Jessie in Finance, fantastic job and very through explaining all my options and no pressure on my decision. And finally Justin, the store manager, cannot say enough of how he helped me and spent a lot of time assisting me with my trade in and also a purchase of a new car. I sincerely mean when I say I do plan to ONLY take my car to the Escondido Hyundai store for all service issues, I completely trust and know I am in good hands....with my new car. Thank you all! **Started off with servicing my 2014 car and ending up buy a 2017 car....could NOT be happier!** More
Harassed over text I purchased a vehicle from Escondido Hyundai in 2014. The experience was ok, nothing good or bad stood out. I've received a few mailers from them sinc I purchased a vehicle from Escondido Hyundai in 2014. The experience was ok, nothing good or bad stood out. I've received a few mailers from them since then that I've recycled, no biggie. All of a sudden on January 24, 2017 I get a text on my cell phone from a random phone number. The text introduces Gabriel Murguia. The text is literally longer than a three paragraph email, and half of it is screaming in ALL CAPS about a SELLATHON and CASH BONUSES and discounts for everyone from MILITARY, UBER, etc... It was hands down, the most annoying sales ploy I've ever seen. And it was littered with grammatical errors. Do not go here unless you want your personal information and cell phone to be accessed by people who don't understand professionalism in sales and will harass you years after you purchase. More

I now have a new Genesis G80 to replace my 2013 Genesis and I am very thankful for Gabriel and Justin made it work for me. Thank you. More
AMAZING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I never thought that I would be able to get approved for the vehicle I wanted and Jose the manager gave me his word he would make it happen. To my surprise he fallowed through and got me financed on the car of my choice. It was worth driving 2 hours to get their!!! NO DEALERSHIP GOT ME APPROVED AT THE RATE AND THE TYPE OF CAR I WANTED!!! WHEN ESCONDIDO HYUNDAI SAIS THEY WILL DO SOMETHING THEY DO IT!!!! "THANK YOU" JOSE ALICEA AND SANDRA MATA FOR GETTING MY DEAL DONE!!! No confidence in the writer or the mechanic I took my 2006 Tucson in to have the TPMS light cleared and the sensors programmed. I bought 4 brand new sensors from a local Hyundai dealership, had I took my 2006 Tucson in to have the TPMS light cleared and the sensors programmed. I bought 4 brand new sensors from a local Hyundai dealership, had an outside mechanic install them and was told this vehicle had to be done at the dealer due to type of sensors. No big deal. Made the apt, explained the situation to the service writer, and left the car... 4 hours later I get a call stating that they could not program the sensors due to the fact that I had aftermarket sensors in the car and they wanted to sell me 4 new sensors.. Needless to say I did not have them do anything... I just got the car back from Poway Hyundai and guess what, the TPMS light is cleared, all is good and they did NOT have to replace the sensors. Does not give me a warm feeling about a "dealer" mechanic. More
