He is really amazing and was very courteous, polite, and most importantly, listened to us. When it came to talking numbers,he really went to bat for us and did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied. We then went into the finance office and worked with Steve. As soon I knew what specifics of the Hyundai Accent I wanted, the sales manager, Mr. Abe Razick, found it at a Hyundai dealership in Yuma and had it b As soon I knew what specifics of the Hyundai Accent I wanted, the sales manager, Mr. Abe Razick, found it at a Hyundai dealership in Yuma and had it brought over to Escondido Hyundai. He got all of my paperwork set up for me and made sure everything would be 100% perfect when I came to pick up my new car. Mr. Steve Engle was the finance manager who made sure I understood all the paperwork before I signed and dated them. He took his time to explain which numbers should always match and what it means when they don't. Mr. Engle made me feel like I was in control of my finances and assured me that I could be confident in my decisions. He even explained the recommended service list and around what times/mileage I should take my car to have preventative maintenance done so I can get the best life and experiences out of my new Hyundai Accent. Ms. Amy Farjas was the sales consultant that also helped with my purchase. She answered every one of my questions, from the insurance to the eco button. On the day I arrived at the dealership, my beautiful car was topped with the biggest white bow and I knew it was mine automatically. Ms. Farjas stayed me the entire time and went through the manuals, the buttons and all the features along with any random worries I might've had. Even weeks after driving off the lot she's still checking on me, making sure everything is running smoothly and being amazing. More

Excellence! Where do I start?!. From the moment I got here I was greeted at the door and the experience was great. I really had second thoughts about coming here Where do I start?!. The young man that helped me was Gabriel and he was kind and patient. This was my first new car and I'm so happy with it. The finance department was very thorough and clear about my options.
