DO NOT BUY CAR FROM HERE...THEY WILL HARRASS YOU FOREVER I bought a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra Coupe from this dealership. I still have it, bought and paid for. Love the little piece of tin. However, my comp I bought a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra Coupe from this dealership. I still have it, bought and paid for. Love the little piece of tin. However, my complaint is the constant harassment from the dealership via phone calls, text and emails that they want to buy back my car, sell me another at some incredible interest rate. I work nights and don't want to be awake in the day with this kind of nonsense phone calls/and or texts. I leave my phone on because I have elderly parents that I always worry about and I need to hear the phone in case they call. I have emailed and texted politely three separate occasions asking for all contact to stop. They don't listen. I have emailed Alex Fathi, Lindsay Pandorf and do not recall the other. I am angry over this, the lack of respect they have for customers simple request. If I wanted a car or to sell them mine I know how to contact them. Due to their constant disregard for respect of no harassment I would highly suggest to anyone not buying a car from this location. I bought the car in 2013! Stop contacting me Escondido Hyundai! Terrific experience, great people too! First person I met upon arrival was Razwana. She greeted me with a smile and an offer to help me see and test drive the vehicle I was interested in. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I wanted a particular exterior color and particular interior color that wasn't available at their location. Razwana and her boss Abe went out of their way to find my desired vehicle and secure it from another dealership. Razwana and one of her colleagues drove up to Orange County on a Sunday afternoon to bring my new car to their location. Monday morning I came in and finalized the deal while they prepped the car for delivery. The process was very smooth and quick. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable and concerned with my total satisfaction from start to finish. My new car is awesome! I'm very impressed with the quality and finish of the car. car buying made easy I purchased a Hyundai Tucson. I liked the size and the height of the car. It runs smoothly and it's pretty intuitive on how to adjust mirrors, seats I purchased a Hyundai Tucson.
