He took me to work after I signed the paperwork while my husband finished up and waited for the car to be prepped to drive off the lot. He drove 30 minutes to my area to fix a problem we had with the car after we left the dealership the same day, and he made sure to put me in contact with Hector in the service department to make sure that I get my steering wheel replaced since there was some entry port damage. I have to wait for the part, but am enjoying my Ioniq! A much better experience than we had at the other Hyundai dealership we had gone to the day before. Johnny deserves a bonus...hope he gets one. He was very accommodating, knowledgable, and professional the whole time. Hyundai is a great car maker and I hope to be a customer for a long time. The only downside to this specific dealership is that they are located in an old, worn out bank and the new car lot is up the road (sales has to drive you up there). They need to relocate to a better facility. More

The reason for the 4/5 rating is during the financing I was given the 3 year service package the gap insurance and not told about their cost. I don't think it was done intentionally, Steve and I were talking while signing a lot of papers. It would have been easy for him to over look it, or for me to not realize it if he did mention it. All that said I am not mad in the least. Both the care package and gap insurance I would have purchased knowing the cost. I was simply a little shocked when I realized going through the paperwork at home that I was charged for them when I thought they were included. Overall, a very good experience and will be looking to them when I am in the market for a new vehicle. More
