In purchasing the vehicle I had a very positive experience with everyone on the Escondido Hyundai staff with whom I interacted. Special praise goes to Raz Kazimi, Gabriel Marguia, and Sal Valez. A super friendly and highly professional Raz made the initial contact with me, scheduled my test drive of the Ioniq, arranged for my interaction with the floor sales people, picked up my new car in Victorville and drove it to Escondido, and showed me how to operate the controls and electronic systems in my new car. Meanwhile, Gabriel and Sal worked tirelessly for several days to locate and arrange the swap for the vehicle I wanted. Gabriel also accompanied me during the test drive of the vehicle. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the purchase of this vehicle. The price and financing of the car were what I was looking for and so far I really love the handling and performance of my new car. Worst Customer Service Experience! After having a car for barely a week, my engine started having noise that steadily grew. A couple of weeks go by and still no response. I attempted to email another department and I got no response. I left a voicemail for the General Manager. A week has gone by and still nothing. It has now been over a MONTH. I don't know how a company like this will stay in business with such negligence company wide. Never deal with this company. More
