Mario was excellent. Understandably due to the current times the waiting area was outside, hot and noisy but that was the only downside. They do have wifi so that helped. Thought when I bought the car they said service includes cleaning but I only got a spray down on the outside. Nothing in the interior. Just a misunderstanding on my part but now I know what is meant by cleaning and what to expect for my next service. Anyway, overall, happy with the service and dealership. Still love my Ioniq plug-in. Best purchase I've made in a while. More

Can I give zero stars? This was the worst experience of my life. In summary,Juan who is supposed to be a manager bullied me and talked down to me for not wanting to take a loan at 6% when my bank was offer my life. He said that I don’t know what’s good for myself and that he is trying to help me, but I am not helping myself. Saying all this while standing over me and my mother who were sitting and pointing his fingers at my face. I left the car dealer crying because I was so upset and not one person looked to apologize or see if I was okay. I guess they are used to this bullying. It was a horrible experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Do not go here. More

We took a test drive and he answered many questions. They also offered me a fair price on my trade, better then I got elsewhere. After reviewing the trim levels, were were set on a Limited, unfortunately the dealership didn't have any to offer. Gerardo continued to follow up with me, but none had come in after a week. I ended finding one in National City, and even after we purchased it from another dealer, Gerardo still offered to help us and answer questions about the car. If you are near San Diego North County, consider Hyundai Escondido. They were fair and very helpful. It's rare to find someone who just wants to help you find what's best for you, even when they are out of stock. We didn't make a deal only because they didn't have the exact car we wanted. I'll also note they weren't adding all sorts of extras on either, like some dealerships in the area. More
