Service Department used to be good. Something happened. Now hard to reach and when you do, they give you wrong information. Sitting at dealer right now, 5 1/2 hours after being told it would take 2 hours, after having to come back as they ordered the wrong part. Called April 15 to ask them to order part and call me when in so I c it would take 2 hours, after having to come back as they ordered the wrong part. Called April 15 to ask them to order part and call me when in so I could schedule an appointment. 2 weeks no call so I called them, told the part was in stock 2 days after my original call. Tried to make an appointment and got one for 11 days later after an hour and a half on the phone trying to get the service dept. Kept getting cut off and having to call back. Showed up for the appointment and after 2 hours told they had the wrong part and would reorder. They called me the next day that part was in, on a Wednesday and I got appointment for next day. Brought the car in at 9am, told a couple of hours, now 2:20 and no car. Kodi checked in with me a couple of times said they were having difficulty with the part , each time was told another hour, last check in was 1 1/2 hours ago. The service department should be renamed the NO SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Still waiting for my car when the service manual it should take only 2 hours to replace the part, If the mechanics here are that incompetent don't bring your cars here if it is a safety issue. More
