Took my Hyundai 31st of December, no one informed me until I called to find out what’s going on. I was told parts will be in Friday, Friday came no update, Saturday came still no update, Monday came st until I called to find out what’s going on. I was told parts will be in Friday, Friday came no update, Saturday came still no update, Monday came still no update. Called them to follow up only then did they say car was ready. I had my son pick it up Tuesday, they charged him for a spiral cable ($700) . Got home looked at the car the steering wheel control were still broken but they didn’t charge me for it (estimate $600). I called them out of curiosity why they didn’t fix it. Instead of getting an explanation. I was informed that aside from the $700 paid by my son, we owe Hyundai Escondido $600 which would’ve been for repairing the steering wheel control which they never fixed but I had to pay for?! What’s worst I got threatened by Hyundai that they’ll send me to collections?! They’d didn’t fix it and I have to pay for it?! In which universe is that even logical?! More

Poor customer service. Those in the service dept do not return calls. And, I still have the same problem that I had when I bought my used 2017 Santa Fe.. Did not honor service appointment. Did not let me speak to service manager. Wanted 3 hours for an oil change and would not provide transportation during the wait.
