Great beginning turned sour! ANEIL MARJAH IS THE WORST!!!! I purchased a new Hyundai in March 2018, at the time of the deal NEIL, the salesmen was very helpful, until after the deal was made. He avoids my calls and when I went to the dealership he just gives me empty promises. Very disappointed in his professionalism. More

Beware of Ahmad Hamdan I bought a used car from BR Hyundai yesterday. After I paid for the car, I got home and I realized I had not been given the 2 keys (which were guaran I bought a used car from BR Hyundai yesterday. After I paid for the car, I got home and I realized I had not been given the 2 keys (which were guaranteed on the contract, part of the "certified pre-owned" I paid for). When I called to let them know I would be picking up the keys, the receptionist was rude and made me call back. I was then put on hold for 13 minutes. The selling agent ignored me. When I persisted, I was put on the line with Ahmad Hamdan, who was rude and defiant from the beginning of the call. He basically told me "you don't get the extra keys" and "deal with it" (even though the contract said otherwise) and then became more and more rude, as the conversation went on. I will make it my goal to let everyone know about how horrible my experience was with these con artists. Please do not make the mistake I made - DO NOT set foot in this horrible dealership. More

Upon arrival they attempted to hide the car I was interested in and tried selling me other cars. Once they realized I was only interested in the car advertised, the saleswoman pretended like she didn't know where it was located, I spotted it was parked in the street and pointed it out to her. Long story short, they had no intentions of selling me that car and made it very clear. Wasted a 2 hour drive. Avoid this place, very deceitful sales practice and downright inconsiderate of buyers. Veronica it seems is a mind reader as she steered me to cars were within my thought process. Simply put i got the best car that i did no research on and i am quite happy today. I was double teamed with Veronica and Neil Aneil Marajah-from Trinidad, who made sure from water to popcorn we were taken care of. Great team, great teamwork, both understanding your needs quickly and not trying to oversell. More
