Outstanding customer service and even better sales treatment I purchased my Hyhundai Sonata sport from a Mr John Poma a few weeks ago and the experience was nothing short of great. When I 1st arrived at Bay Ridge Hyundai i did really know what type of car i wanted. However after John Poma took the time to ask me questions regarding my likes and dislikes the answer was pretty simple a Sonata. After John Poma and Peter Barone took me on a test drive i could not be happier and in my head i said SOLD! GREAT BUNCH OF PEOPLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP BY THE WAY ! The answer was simple after they explained all the details and features/functionality everything worked out and i got my dream car at a dynamite price. Worst Experience I was looking for a new car and found this place on Yelp. I read reviews and saw they had perfect ratings so I believed I made the right decision . First of all the staff is not in communication at all with each other . I had to run my credit numerous times and when I arrived nothing was prepared . Mind you inspoke to someone on the phone and they told me just come in all the paperwork is waiting for me . I should of left then , I was iffy about the car I wanted but didn't want to miss out so I left a deposit . After doing some more research I decided that car was not for me so I called for a refund . Week later I still have not received my money and I am getting the run around . It's horrible ! I spoke to Santiago and he gave me some horrible excuse to come down and when I declined he had an attitude and said he would call me back . I asked to speak to the manager in which Steven was put on the phone and he gave me another story from what Santiago told me . Now I have to wait again for my money . It's been over a month , these guys are just ridiculous . I will be making a complaint and calling BBB on them . Never will I recommend someone to them. More
