Right from beginning very courtious service as looking for the parking, stopped by Went to Bay Ridge Hyundai dealership to lease the Santa Fe sport. Right from beginning very courtious service as looking for the parking, stopped by in front of entrance and one of sales person looked at me asking if he can help for anything. Told him I am here to lease the car and looking for parking, he came by, mentioned he can park my car and provided valet parking service. After parking the car the person came inside and introduced himself as Mohammed Fardos and asking if I need water and how he can help. We went through with the details of my need of leasing the new car and turning over early return of current leased car. Mohammed was very knowledgeable, grasping the need of customer, providing all information and having the quick come back from the manager to finalize the both things. Quick with all paper work and was out from the dealership much sooner than expected. Mohammed offered all help and wahtever he can do to work with my schedule and to have all paper work to be signed by one of the principle of the company. Santa Fe sport was ready next day as promised. Entire transaction went very smooth and quick. Will recommend to anyone to visit Bay Ridge Hyundai dealership for all their needs and ask for Mohammed Fardos if you want to fulfill your need with very competative price and getting done as quick as possible.
