Jim Systermann did a pre-approval by telephone so I wouldn't make the trip from Waldorf MD to Richmond VA unnecessarily. He called back and said I could come pick up the car and what documents I needed to bring the next day. To add icing to the cake, Jim arrived before regular business hours to ensure everything went quick and smooth. He even advised the finance guy, who had all the paperwork ready! We arrived at 7am and were on our way home at 10:15a. And that's not even the best part; the terms were unbelievable. For someone who is fresh out of bankruptcy, they made me feel like I had A-1 credit. Low down payment, low monthly payment, for a beautiful ride, FULLY LOADED!!!
