This was a new Forester to replace a 2012 Kia which served me well. My main focus was safety which lead me to Hyman Bros. The salesperson was very knowledgeable & very attentive to my needs. Michael did an excellent job as a sales person. We test drove a CrossTrek, and I really enjoyed driving it, and I ended up purchasing one. The vehicle is a nice ride, and I am enjoying the features on the 2024 CrossTrek (only complaint is that I cannot disengage a couple of the warnings that I don't feel are necessary, but not a big deal). I am so disappointed in this dealership. They charged us &179.00 to diagnose a problem they knew about or should have since they had a class action suit against them on the same problem.
