Great Experience I always bring my car for service. The customer service is excellent. They always have me in and out in a timely fashion. Almost 100 mile drive one way, for a "free" oil change? "Great Experience" such that my wife no longer complains about us driving almost 100 miles one way just to obtain a "free" oil change. We can get an oil change and great service only 14 miles from our home. So why go to Pence? I purchased a 2013 KIA Sorrento and have had it serviced at the dealership at each interval. The service department is excellent overall, helpful, friendly and quick to start and complete the work. Gary Shively has been friendly and helpful with follow up information for all of my questions. Each service appointment was in a timely manner and the waiting area was comfortable. The price for some of the services was a bit pricey but I want to keep my warrenty up so I continue to use them. Today is the first time I have ever had a complaint; and it is minor. Greasy hand prints were left several places on my beautiful Sorento that I love greatly. More

The only service team to take of my vehicle has been the great folks at Pence Nissan (ask for the Gold Team led by Robert Webb). Over the past 13 years, I feel I have been treated fairly and honestly. Options were explained thoroughly and costs associated with the options. Always excellent service! More

We schedule our appointments by phone, usually they can accomodate the next day. We seldom if ever have to wait longer than the estimated time and they are extremely punctual on when they start. We wish they were a little closer, but the excellent service is well worth the drive. The Pence for life warranty is a excellent deal for us. We are very very satisfied with Pence. More
