If ZERO was an option, that would be the rating for Mazda service. GHOST TOUCH is an issue that Mazda is aware of and yet they lied to me and told me that the infotainment system was being affected by the Bl service. GHOST TOUCH is an issue that Mazda is aware of and yet they lied to me and told me that the infotainment system was being affected by the Bluetooth connection to my cell phone. That when I push buttons on the cell phone, while it is connected to the CX5 via Bluetooth, that can make the infotainment system jump from 1 radio station to another or switch to navigation which this CX5 does not have a subscription or switch to settings and change the brightness and dim the display. Then I was lied to again when I brought it in for the same issue and I was told that they did a system update and THAT fixed it. It did NOT fix the GHOST TOUCH. It just kept getting worse. This time when I brought it back for the same issue, I was informed that my extended warranty had expired and also MY CX5 doesn't qualify for any recall for this issue that happens frequently on models from 2017-2020. I own a 2017 AND a 2018. So, this could start happening to my 2018 and it's extended warranty is expired now as well. 0/10 Would NOT recommend to anyone other than my worst enemy. More
