The car buying experience with Joe and the rest of the Hyman staff could not have been more of a pleasure. We liked the low pressure sales approach that joe used and that was the main reason we bought th Hyman staff could not have been more of a pleasure. They were extremely understanding during the process as we had our 1 and 3 year old sons with us during the car buying process. We had shopped for a car approx. 2 years ago and even though we didnt buy - Joe Taylor tried to help us. Then this April 2012 we were looking for another type car and Joe remembered us. His knowledge and eagerness to please, makes him an ideal salesperson. He was not over anxious and didnt try to push us to buy. He did show professional technique in trying to sell but not pushy at all. We also dealt with other members of this Family Owned business, including owner. All were very polite/pleasant and willing to help in anyway. Even another employee there, i only know his 1st name Claude, but he was very professional when he found out that after briefly showing my husband a car, that we were customers of Joe's. we didnt end up buying the vehicle that Claude had showed my husband but did buy a different one from Joe. Pleasant experience - quality cars. Would recommend them highly. More
We found a 2009 Toyota minivan online that was located at their other location. Vernon moved the car to their Midlo location for ua so we didn't have to drive to the other location. We came with our two children and they even had a toy room and turned the tv to nick jr. For my 2.5 year old. They beat our Carmax appraisal on our fade in and got us a better interest rate on our loan. I highly recommend this dealership! More

Great car buying experience - twice. I bought my wife's truck there about 6 months ago and last week returned to by myself one. It took me a couple weeks on their lots looking around and driving different things. The were very encouraging of me getting what I wanted. I have also found them to be generous on what they offered for our trade-ins. The experience was great - the salesman, finance manager and manager were all great to work with trying to get the best deal for you. Their service department has also been great as well. Only been in their twice, but service was fast, friendly, and inexpensive. Personally, I won't buy a used car from anyone else now. More
