I selected Hyman Bros. because they have been in business for 67 years and I had received good feedback from my friends(If you are going to buy a used car you might as well buy from the best.)I started my search on line and found what I wanted at Hyman (2011 Cadillac SRX).From my first interface with Joe Taylor in responding to my email until I drove the car off the lot Joe was very friendly,knowledgable and professional.Joe was never pushy in dealing with me, it was purely about what I wanted and needed.I dealt with Bill Thomas for finances,again very professional nothing pushy (I did purchase an extented warrantee,but only because it made sense not because it was pushed). The overall experience was efficient, professional,friendly and sucessful.I would recommend Hyman Bros. to anyone looking for a Quality used car. More

My salesman Claude was very courteous and never applied any type of pressure actually he did not even suggest I look at other brands we just focused on what brought me to the dealership, which was the car I found while searching the web. The dealer ship arraigned to bring the car to me as a courtesy which was approximately 75 miles from my home. The financial Manager Bill Thomas was an extreme pleasure to work with as well. I purchased a 2011 Audi S4 from this dealership. My experience with Hyman Bros. proceeded very nicely from my first contact with Stuart Beach. I took an extended test drive which included a run down my favorite performance car run. Stuart was a trooper down that stretch as I put the car through some extra-normal driving maneuvers. Since they sell all varieties of cars, he was not as well versed about Audi as an Audi dealership salesperson might be, but he was pretty close. They gave me very competitive pricing for the two cars I traded which ultimately influenced me to buy their car over a lower priced 2011 Audi S4 at another dealer that had a few features I actually liked a better. Once we settled the financials, Stuart moved very quickly to get me and my car on the road. This is where things kind of fell apart for the entire dealership. Stuart passed me off to their financial and DMV paperwork staff (Frank) and said that he was going to get gas in my new car. Forty minutes later I still had not even been spoken to by anyone in the financial area so I went looking for Frank. While I could not find Frank, the one employee I did find (name not known) was less than helpful, to put it mildly. So I went back to the lounge and a few minutes later Frank appeared and said that he was ready to help me. Frank was well prepared and I was out of his office in about 10 minutes. So, now it had been just under an hour since I had seen Stuart and my new car. But they were both nowhere to be found. Calls to several people (including Thomas Hyman) failed to unearth Stuart or my car. Finally, about 10 minutes after leaving Frank's office, Thomas Hyman located the car and brought it around to the door. It had not even been gassed up at that point so he went off to get the gas and about 10 minutes after that another employee returned with the car. It was quite the buzz kill to go through this last hour or so of being ignored. I certainly would have liked to feel more excited about my new car when I finally got into it. From all this lack of attention to detail, I had gotten the distinct impression that, once they had my money, they could care less about their customers. To his credit, however, Stuart called me about an hour after I left apologizing and explaining that he had been called off to help another customer and that the completion of my sale had slipped through the cracks. He handled it right and I have no ill will toward the dealership or any employee because of what happened. I am very pleased with the deal and the car. I would just caution you not to expect much if they are busy when you go in there. More
BEWARE OF LEMON VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALER. CAR LOOKS BRAND NEW BUT AFTER 2 MONTHS PIECE BY PIECE THE VEHICLE IS FALLING APART. OVER 100K and ITEMS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED BY NOW...NEVER DONE. THIS CAR IS FOR MY TEEN FOR SCHOOL AND WORK AND WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES. HAVE ALREADY SPENT OVER $2K IN REPAIRS AND TODAY..WATER PUMP AND ALTERNATOR CRAPPED OUT. CRAP CARS GO ELSEWHERE. More

Joe made the entire experience a pleasant, no headache, will come back again for another car visit. I've purchased many cars over the past 25 years and this time was undoubtably the easiest. The price was good, but was a little over retail and the mileage was a little high for a 1 1/2 year old car. The sales person Joe Taylor was easy to work with, not pushy, knowledgeable and got back to us in a the time he stated he would. My wife told him what she wanted and he produced the exact car to her in a matter of a few minutes. Frank - finance was knowledgeable, pleasant and made the paperwork quick and painless. More
Hands down some of the finest customer service you'll ever find. Spoke with them over the phone several times as its a little over two hours for me to get there, everything was exactly as promised, beaut ever find. I did have an issue with the vehicle before I left the dealership it threw a DTC, pulled back in immediately they ran diagnostics and found the cause. Customer service continued with the offer to buy dinner. Their service department jumped right to it. Got a very nice loaner vehicle until repairs are complete. I would not think twice about recommending anyone to them and I will certainly be going back the next time I'm in the market for a quality vehicle. Thanks Hyman Bros. More
