I had a very quick and efficient visit to this dealership. I did not feel pressured, bullied or taken advantage of and I "dove" away feeling that I was in good hands. The quality of service was personal as well as thorough. I have a new baby and was very concerned about driving back 6 hours in my new "used" car. I watched the mechanic check the breaks and tires with great detail which made me feel better. He assured me he would make sure we would get home safe and we did. I have already recommended this service and dealership to my NYC neighbors. I will continue to advertise business in their direction and continue what ever service I can through them. I first went to Hyman Brothers because of their excellent reputation. The first time my wife and I went to Hyman Brothers, Vernon met us at the door. He found out what I wanted and checked their inventory. Unfortunately, they did not have what I was looking for at that time. However, he gave me his card and let me know about the Hyman brothers website. After almost 2 months of trying to find my dream car, I saw it on the Hyman Brothers website. We showed up to the dealership less than 30 minutes before their closing time. Again, Vernon met us at the door. he remembered who we were. The car I wanted was at a different Hyman Brothers location, so Vernon went and picked it up for us. He gave us lots of time to look the car over and even helped me to put the top down. At other dealerships my test drive has been a quick low speed trip around the block, but not here. Since the car was only a two seater, Vernon offered to let my wife and I take the car out alone. My wife declined so Vernon and I took the car out for a nice long test drive. I actually got to take the car out on the highway! Vernon really took the time to get to know us. He was very friendly and courteous. He also worked hard to get me where I needed to be in order to buy my dream car. He was more than fair with my trade in. Hyman Brothers worked everything out with my bank and my insurance even though both were closed by the time we got the papers signed. I got to leave that night with my car. Vernon stayed while we cleaned out my old vehicle and made the whole process a GREAT experience. He even took the car and topped off the gas tank for us while we were signing the papers! Since we got there so late, Vernon didn't have anyone to clean the car, but he invited me to come back the next day for a free car wash. To top it off, a few days later I received a hand written letter from Vernon congratulating me on my new car and thanking me for my business. He also said that if I ever need anything, I can give him a call. This is my fifth car, and I can say without doubt that this is the best car buying experience I have EVER had! I will recommend Vernon and Hyman Brothers to anyone I know who is looking to buy a car. Thanks Vernon for helping to make my dream come true! More

Joe Taylor has the patience of a saint. I had no idea what I was looking for and Joe took the time to talk me through advantages/disadvantages of severals autos I thought I might be interested in. I should have gone to them 5 yrs ago instead of the other dealership dwn the street. I love my new SUV, it has all the bells and whistle and it looks good in my driveway!. I'm telling you go to Hyman Bros. you won't be disappointed. I'm never going anywhere else. This is my dealership for my grandkids as well when its time for them to buy a car. I just bought a 2012 Mazda CX-9, and was very pleased with my experience. I called Joe and explained what I was looking for, and he pulled several cars for me to look at via email. Joe was very helpful in pointing out the pros/cons of each of the vehicles we looked at, and never pressured me into making a decision. He was easy to work with, and I would go there again. Bill Thomas was also great in the finance space - no hassle discussion (made easier by being a cash transaction). The dealership had a great selection of quality used vehicles to choose from, and I would definitely consider going there again for my next car purchase. More

Frank Howarth, took complete and total care of financing the vehicle for me. All I had to do was go to Midlothian, test drive the Avalanche, then sign some paperwork. There was absolutely no pressure, no wasted time, and the atmoshpere was very pleaseant. not too mention the Avalanche looked better than the pictures! I am one happy customer. I will be back! More
