He called the next day and went to work assisting me in a trade-in and purchase; something I have never done from afar in the past and I was apprehensive. Jerry was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. The deal was practically secured prior to our two hour drive to the dealership. Once there, my wife and I were greeted by a passing salesman and young lady at the front desk. Jerry was prompt and immediately showed us the vehicle and we took a test drive. Once back at the dealer it was right to finance where Frank Howarth assisted us with the all of the paperwork. He was methodical and explained each aspect of every form to ensure our understanding.
