In one word OUTSTANDING I would like to tell my story. Last night I'm driving home in my 2013 dodge that I recently purchased from Hyman Bros. The little red battery light I would like to tell my story. Last night I'm driving home in my 2013 dodge that I recently purchased from Hyman Bros. The little red battery light came on. Little while later my radio went off. Then the engine light came on along with the all idiot lights. Pulled it into the drive and shut it down. Turned right around and tried to start it. DEAD. Nope deader then 13 day old road kill. Me with a very short fuse, have my wife call Hyman Bros. Talked to Rodger in service department. He told us what we need to do, and my wife and I got the truck back to Hyman Bros. Roger was very professional and assured me that he'll take care of my new baby. Roger from the service department at Hyman Bros. deserves a raise/ big bonus. I thank you for taking such good care of my wife and I. Being a disabled veteran, I don't have a lot of patience. But let me tell your readers, everything about Hyman Bros. rocks the house. Highly Recommend if you have any kind of auto business with. Whether you are buying, trading in a vehicle, or needing service done, this is the place to do it. The sales & service is OUTSTANDING!!! Not too pushy but do not like the "no haggle" concept. He went out of his way and was not in my way as I explored several vehicles and even test drove one I really loved. At this time, I have not purchased a vehicle. Not where I need to be at out the door price. Have prospects elsewhere also. Regardless, it was certainly a pleasure working with Mr. Neathery and hope to be able to do future business with him. My rating for dealership is 4 star but Dennis Neathery definitely a 5 star employee. More
