Extremely Disappointing Experience with Hyman Bros. Infiniti I purchased my Infiniti QX60 from Hyman Bros. Infiniti on 6/14/2022, and my experience since has been nothing short of frustrating. The finance manager, Brandon Ritchie, assisted me with the sale and warranty process. At the time, I made it clear that I live in Maryland, which is quite a distance from Richmond, and that I would not be returning to this dealership for any future service or maintenance. Mr. Ritchie assured me that the extended warranty would be valid at any Infiniti dealership, including those in Maryland, which was a major factor in my decision to purchase it. However, after purchasing the vehicle, I found out that obtaining warranty service at any other dealership has been a major hassle. Despite being explicitly told that I would have no issues, the reality has been the opposite. This has caused significant inconvenience, as I’m now stuck with a warranty that is difficult to use and no resolution in sight. It’s extremely disappointing to be misled during the car-buying process, especially when I made it clear from the beginning that I wouldn’t be returning to Hyman Bros. for any service. I expected better transparency and customer support from a dealership like this. I would not recommend Hyman Bros. Infiniti to anyone, especially those who live out of state. More
I've owned 3 Infiniti's, 2 qx56 and now the qx80. Unfortunately the engine seized up due to the radiator breaking. I paid over $300 to have it towed to Hyman Bros. It is still under warranty, but would you believe the xxxx I'm going through. I do my own oil changes, I had to go find what I could for my recipes even though it was 1. my radiator that caused that engine failure 2. There is a Magnuson moss warranty act to protect people who do their own work 3. Infiniti can do a slug test to see if I have been doing an oil change. But no they are on some power trip. They also say there are no loaner cars. Really this is supposed to be a luxury dealership and this is how they treat their customers. It's now been a week. Still no work, or word because they are trying to void it I'll keep you all posted!!! More
I have never encountered such a rude service department. Horrendous customer service. I had a off feeling with the car sale itself and should have left then. Took our Infiniti in for issues with rear hatch not working. Tech doesn't know what he was talking about. Paid $175.00 told us it would cost $2,397.00 for parts not needed and had to have it taken els working. Tech doesn't know what he was talking about. Paid $175.00 told us it would cost $2,397.00 for parts not needed and had to have it taken else where. What the tech said was totally wrong. It cost us another $250.00 to rule out what the tech at Infiniti said. More
