Good Morning Mr. DiPaolo, My Name is Jasen O'Neil, I am the General Sales Manager and we spoke at length a week ago regarding your concern about the certified Crosstour that you purchased last December. I understand your frustration in having to put on new tires approximately one year after the purchase. However, when we sold you the vehicle, we measured the tires and documented the measurement. At that time, they passed, so there was no need to replace them. I offered as a good will gesture to pay for one of the four tires. Although that is above and beyond what is necessary, we value your business and to show that appreciation we are willing to do that. Unfortunately, paying for all four is not an option and I am sorry that you feel upset that we can't do that. Again, your business is appreciated and I would happy to arrange the complimentary tire for you. Best, Jasen O'Neil General Sales Manager.
