I did not have an appointment so 1 hour wait was not bad since that included fixing the call back on the battery and topped off a few things that were needed. Coffee offered with real cream great and the pretty lovely blonde came out to the waiting room very pleasant while making sure everyone was taken care off. More

They make these off-island t We have been using Hyannis Honda to service our 2005 CRV (now 173k) since we moved to Martha's Vineyard three years ago. They make these off-island trips very easy and have always accommodated us and worked around doctor appointments and the like. Their concierge transport service is excellent: Recently I dropped off the car at 10:30 and the driver (Griff) had me at the doctor's office within ten minutes. A quick call at the conclusion of the appointment and the driver was right back and had me at the dealership. Car ready to go. They have taken us, in the past, to Trader Joe's, Christmas Tree Shops and the like while the car has been being serviced. I have found their service excellent: they never try to sell me things I don't need and always apply coupons, even if I forget them. I hope the CRV lasts forever, but should it not, I would (based on our experience with the service folks) certainly consider looking to Hyannis Honda for a replacement. More

I have total of four time bad experience with this place I had honda 2008 brand new which has recall for brakes I went there and they told me it’s in very good condition and they did not fixed it and when there was mileage limit for recall right after that I drown 165 mile and brakes gone now I bought 2018 Honda Odyssey I called for appointments to oil change and they said u don’t need appointment when I get there they r telling me u got to have appointment so I left and they react like they don’t care I would not recommend this place they’re only interested to do big work in the car not the oil change I have lots of time this kind of bad experience pls don’t go More

Turns out some clip that holds the brake pads in place wasn't assembled properly. One pad totally wore down and now I need to replace it to the tune of over $300.00. I can't stress enough that Hyannis Honda will just take your money and tell you what you want to hear to make a sale and their service department does inferior work. That's why I took my business to another Honda dealership off Cape. I have purchased probably seven Honda throughout my lifetime. Once my Crosstour is repaired I'm going to trade it in and leave the Honda brand. I phoned Honda of America to lodge a complaint and they pretty much said good luck. More

Asked Andrew, the sales manager for some further information re trade-in value of my car, and specifics of the 2014 CRV. Came back later that day to test drive the car, but it had been brought to Hyannis. The next day, Andrew brought it back to Orleans, had the test drive, and made a deposit to purchase it. Andrew's positive professionalism led to my making this purchase. He was polite, listened to all my questions, and gave clear answers to those questions. He didn't push for the sale, but allowed me the time to make my decision. He's definitely a plus for your organization. More

Since I've purchased it the brakes went out the battery died on me when I was in Boston and now I need tires. They did assist me with the battery and the brakes but when it came to replacing the tires they tell me I'm on my own. Do not buy a vehicle from them. !!! Do not stand behind their certified warranty. I should have realized this because this is the second incident I had with them They truly do not care about customer service and I Shelby's telling as many people as I can about them I'm going to sell the cross tour and move onto a different vehicle because of them Thank you.
