Recently purchased a new Passport off Cape, because of a friend who knew the sales manager. However we decided we will have it serviced in Hyannis. Met with the Service Manager, Stephanie Cannon. She took t friend who knew the sales manager. However we decided we will have it serviced in Hyannis. Met with the Service Manager, Stephanie Cannon. She took the time to answer all my questions about our new Passport and actually accompanied me on a test drive to show me how all the new features work with our new car. She was very helpful and very professional. We look forward to working with her in the future....and by the way, when it's time to make another purchase it will be at Hyannis Honda. More

I'm really on the fence here. Everyone is nice, but I've had several experiences that make me think its about time I go to Honda off Cape. Went in last week for oil change and tire rotation. Five miles afte had several experiences that make me think its about time I go to Honda off Cape. Went in last week for oil change and tire rotation. Five miles after service lights came on. Needed to go back to get air was not calibrated. Had also scheduled another appointment for radiator. Part came in, dropped off car. An hour later, received call that one of the ordered pieces was damaged. Pain, but fair enough. Mentioned on way out, that this was the second time in the course of a week I had to return to dealership because of something not being right, asked for the 10% discount coupon to be used towards a 850 repair. "someone will email you" Bring the car in this morning for said repair and am told they forgot to include something in original estimate (+ $75) and I ask about coupon again. Was told management change and discounts now needed to be approved. Receive a call from Manager, "cars ready". silence. nothing, long pause. I then have to explain why I would like a discount coupon towards a service that was delayed, misquoted. At that point she offer the coupon. I find it interesting that the coupon pretty much was the same amount as the forgotten item on the estimate. Three years ago, husband had his Pilot's wheels changed. Drove a few days and it felt weird. Looked at one of the tires and one of lug nuts was about to fall off. ooops. More

horrendous service took 5 times for them to replace a headlight on a car I bought from them. Then brought the car back after 100 days and they tell.me.they cant look at a light that came on because it's headlight on a car I bought from them. Taking the time to solve an issue - I brought my car in for routine service and I had a question about something I could not find on my dashboard display.
