For the last 15 years I have been a Hyannis Honda customer that has purchased/ leased more than 12 vehicles. Honda sales personnel are great! EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT SERIVICE! Mothers day. Alternator and belt decide to die on me. They found the parts faster than the other dealership I go to and were beyond kind and under Mothers day. Brian was a dream to deal with and HE was the one (the actual mechanic) who repaired my car and made the calls to me, not an in between person, and that was wonderful to talk to the person who saw the actual car and could immediately speak to ways to fix it. Very impressed with their turn around time as well!!! Again, Brian was the real deal and excellent! More
