I brought my vehicle in for service and upon reclaiming my car, I noticed the center cap on my rear passenger wheel was missing. When I called the service desk, I was told the part was not found and that I my car, I noticed the center cap on my rear passenger wheel was missing. I don't believe I was listened to on my concerns. I felt the diagnostic result to replace many parts for an estimated cost of $5100 was over the top.
