Purchased New at Orleans Auto Center/Hyannis Honda I stopped in to the Orleans Auto Center location of Hyannis Honda on 4/25/18. My intent was to learn if I could purchase new from Orleans rather than I stopped in to the Orleans Auto Center location of Hyannis Honda on 4/25/18. My intent was to learn if I could purchase new from Orleans rather than travel to Hyannis. I knew I wanted a 2018 Odyssey, I knew the model, I knew the color and I knew what I wanted to spend (including the trade-in value on my existing Odyssey). I found my experience there to be exceptional and easy! Andrew Burling was very helpful and friendly and demonstrated his willingness to please throughout. With minimal back and forth phone calls with Jasen O’Neil in Hyannis, we negotiated exactly what I wanted. The whole experience took about an hour. I have been to Orleans Auto Center previously for service on other Honda’s we own. This was my first experience being there to purchase new. I am very pleased and without question recommend speaking with Andrew Burling for your new and used car needs. More

From the moment we walked in the door and met David Hunt until we signed all the documents with Shane (not sure of the spelling of his name - or his l From the moment we walked in the door and met David Hunt until we signed all the documents with Shane (not sure of the spelling of his name - or his last name) , our experience with Hyannis Honda was very positive. We particularly appreciated the professionalism and patience of David as he explained everything to us in great detail. He did not put heavy pressure on us but simply presented the information about the CRV vehicle to us in a clear and understandable way. He was not in a hurry and allowed us to set the pace of the process and ask a multitude of questions. On the day that we signed the documents, he went through , in great detail and with great patience, all of the "bells and whistles" in the car. This is the first vehicle that we have owned that contained so many features. He took the time to explain all the features and assured us that he was available to answer our questions during the coming days and weeks. He also directed us to a Honda website for additional information. All of this was greatly appreciated. The only reason that the tutorial session ended was that Marlyce and I went into an "information overload" mode and could not absorb any more information.
