After each visit, we received a phone call to make sure we were satisfied with service received. Last week we bought a vehicle after the original purchase was totaled in an accident. Dan Caouette worked with us and he is an excellent representative for Honda. Dan is friendly, honest, warm, and knowledgeable. David Hunt, salesman at Hyannis Honda, made me feel comfortable about purchasing a new car. I was really just looking as I have been entirely satisfied with my last two Honda "Fit"cars for the past 12 years. Though I like small, GAS SAVING vehicles, I knew it was time for something I felt more confident in for the snowy northern winters of New Hampshire and the extreme winds on Route 93. My new HRV is comfortable and doesn't feel too big though I do miss the gas savings (feel as though I need to cover the monitor that reveals the miles per gallon!!), I know this was the right move for me and Hyannis Honda made it easy.
